How do I place an order?

Can I customize a template?

Yes. You can choose an existing design and request to have it made in a different pattern or color at no extra charge.

How do I request a customization?

Please contact us after placing your order or include your request in the order notes. We will confirm the details with you before production begins.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Mobile Money: Mixx by Yas (T-money), Flooz, MTN, Western Union, and RIA, as well as credit and debit cards, depending on your location.

Is the payment secure?

Yes, all transactions are secured through trusted payment providers.

Deliveries

Where do you deliver?

We offer free delivery in Lomé and charge for international shipping.

What are the delivery times?

International shipments are handled by DHL within 24–48 hours or by other shipping carriers within 3–5 days, depending on the destination country.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 7 to 12 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn and in perfect condition.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error was on our part.

When will I be reimbursed?

Once we have received and approved the return, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 days.

Are the colors and patterns the same as in the photos?

We do our best to accurately depict each piece, but slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the items.
